Registration & Refund Policy

1. Transparency Principle

Under the ScholarVault Platinum Conference Charter, all registration fees are transparently published without hidden surcharges. We maintain a fair cancellation framework recognizing unforeseen research scheduling conflicts.

2. Event Postponement / Cancellation Guarantee

In the unlikely event that ICBBSB 2026 is cancelled or indefinitely postponed by the organizing committee:

• All registered delegates and presenting authors will receive a 100% full refund of their registration fee within 7 business days.
• Alternatively, delegates may choose to carry forward their registration pass to the subsequent edition with an additional 15% credit voucher.

If an author or attendee must withdraw their registration, refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

4. Delegate Substitution Policy (Free of Charge)

If a presenting author or registered attendee is unable to join the live virtual broadcast, they may nominate a co-author or institutional colleague to present in their place at zero additional administrative cost.

Substitution notices must be submitted via email to conferences@scholarvault.in at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled presentation slot.

5. Refund Claim Process

To initiate a refund request, send an email to the Conference Secretariat containing:

• Full delegate name and registered email address.
• Transaction ID / Invoice reference number.
• Brief reason for cancellation or substitution request.

Refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
